Style to include size and shape

Does anybody know if there is a way to include the size and shape of an object as a style? I have many buttons that I want to change via style, but the size/shape parameters do not copy over when I choose to use the style. Text, color, background etc.. do copy. Thanks

this works when using the "stylesheet".
But you have to make sure you ONLY select in the "objects" TAB under "use styles from" the appropriate object (here Link1) where you wanna use the style from.
If you look into the context menu of Link1 in the stylesheet there are some of the TABs highlighted. Depending on your settings.
The link you want to connect to this one should only have the "image" TAB highlighted if its size deviates from the one in the stylesheet. See the difference between Link2 and Link3.
I hope this is what you are lookig for. If there are any TABs in these link objects' context menues highlighted it means the values from the stylesheet are overwritten. Just click these TABs on and "reset" them. This should solve your problem if I understood you right. Only a diffence in size could lead to the "image" TAB to be highlighted

Thanks for the reply Roland,

I'm not sure if this answers my question or not. I think I understand what you're saying here, but when I look at my style sheet button, it's properties are set to, we'll say 100x50, and when I link my page buttons to this style, all properties come over just fine, except for the position tab parameters. . All other tabs come over, image, font, etc.. On the buttons I want to link to the style, none of the tabs are bold. I even tried clearing their styles and that didn't help. Thanks again :)

ah, I think I got it. When opening a new project, you insert a StyleSheet and into that a link for use in the Style Management field of all other links on the page. This link does a selfadjustment to top alignment like every other object you insert into this styleSheet object, as opposed to the fact that all objects inserted somewhere else: index, pages, labels, etc., are set automatically to "none" in the position TABs' alignment field with the top- and left-parent edges set to the values where you left them with your initial click.

Which, to me, makes sense, 'cos otherwise you'd always have to deal with positioning.

There is no way to also use the settings of size and position of this stylesheet-link for all other links. Even if you uncheck the auto width in the bounds field the size of this link will not be transferred to those related to it...
