Removing the border from direct HTML

Post by Serif » Sat Mar 12, 2011 4:42 am

I just want to first thank everyone who's answered my questions. I really appreciate it. :) DFM2HTML is -THE- best editor I've come across.

Now, my question is how on earth do I remove that pesky little border from the direct html? Is there some setting I'm missing?

Thanks. :)

Hi,
I'm not quite sure if I understand what your problem is, but here's something you could try:
Since direct-HTML usually is embedded in a page or panel object just set it's position to "full parent".
If that doesn't help come back here with a screenshot.
Cheers

Oops, I'm sorry I guess my question was not explained very well. My apologies.

Here is what I'm talking about:
Image

See how it adds the black border around the sitemeter? I want to know how to take that off. It adds that black box around all the custom HTML I put on my site.

Just in case you don't know what I am talking about.. I added the custom HTML by clicking on the "Direct HTML/Script" button on the top of the bar in DFM2HTML.

Thanks

Hello,
If it's just the script that you're inserting, then this is most likely holding the code for the border itself.
Look for something like frameborder="0" or <table border="0"> and make sure there's a "0" as value...
If you're not familiar with that come back here with the code itself.
Rgds
